Operating across three continents, Openpay brings fairness, transparency, and flexibility to merchants and consumers alike, and focuses on industries where we can truly make a difference: Automotive, Healthcare, Home Improvement, Memberships, and Education.
Openpay Group Ltd (ASX: OPY) is a fast-growing and highly differentiated player in the global ‘Buy now pay later’ (BNPL) payment solutions market. We have been a leading provider of BNPL services across AU & NZ since 2013. In 2019, we launched in the UK and in 2020 announced our expansion into the US market.
Our strong platform enables us to deliver the most flexible plans in the market with durations of 2–24 months and values of up to $20,000.
We focus on providing a greater range of payment solutions and have created a powerful next generation BNPL solution—Buy Now, Pay Smarter—that provides transparency and control to consumers when they need it most.
Our finance-savvy customers (typically of a more mature demographic) use Openpay to budget smarter and spread payments over several months for all types of purchases.
Our B2B offering, OpyPro, is a SaaS-based platform that enables companies to manage trade accounts end-to-end, including applications, credit checks, approvals, and account management all in one system.
As we deliver on our mission to change the way people pay, for the better we will continue to innovate and evolve the future of payments.
Championing a responsible approach
Responsibility is core to everything we do.
Helping customers be smarter with their cash flow is a key part of what we do, and our positive app store and Trustpilot ratings demonstrate that we are building a trusted brand with a strong focus on customer happiness.
We strive to always act openly and transparently in everything we do. We work to be a responsible lender, protect our customers and nurture responsible spending behaviour in turn. We never want our customers to spend more than they can afford to pay back.
We perform a credit check on all customers to ensure that we set reasonable limits on their spending through Openpay, so that their repayments remain manageable.
