Overview

The Montrose Vet Clinic was established almost 30 years ago and have everything you need to get your furry friend back to their happy self! The clinic is community minded, welcoming and treats all pets as if they were their own. They have a very experienced team who can solve complex problems quickly. Services include Puppy school, vaccinations and surgeries. Montrose Vet Clinic have offered Openpay for over 12 months as part of our Vet-Partners account. Vet Partners are a community of over 240 practices, offering a range of functions such as payroll, finance, IT, human resources, learning and development, recruitment and marketing to support their member practices.

Vet treatment can be very expensive for most people, and can sometimes be very unexpected as well. It is great to be able to offer this service to our clients.

We have fewer clients in debt with us, and the account gets paid straight away, so we can afford more services as we are not carrying a whole lot of debt.

Club Marconi is a sports and entertainment hub in Western Sydney, with over 45,000 members across the globe. The club is located on 31 acres of parkland and playing fields at Bossley Park. Club Marconi boasts a rich heritage and is proud to be known as Sydney’s premier venue bringing a range of cultures together under the one roof. Club Marconi was the first Memberships merchant to Partner with Openpay. Openpay’s partnership with Club Marconi assists their young player’s families in ensuring affordability as they are able to spread the cost of their annual subscriptions fees.

We would have parents coming in to make their membership payments every 2 weeks, and as a consequence we would spend much of our time following parents up for missed throughout the season. We needed a tool which could take this off our hands and automate the process so that you have more certainty of payment. Openpay provided us that solution.

We use Openpay once a year during the player registration period. Since introducing Openpay, this is the first year we have managed to obtain all fees, paid in full.

We’ve also had good feedback from our parents, on the ease and convenience of paying this way. Openpay is keeping both Club Marconi and our members happy.

When the customer is umming and ahhringing after the quote, we advise we do have interest free payment plans” Similarly “when you can clearly see the customer is struggling with
the quote, offer a payment plan option in Openpay.

We use the Openpay calculator repayments to show how low the repayments are.

Busselton Golf Club is located close to the beautiful Geographe Bay and the world-renowned Busselton Jetty in the South West of Australia. Founded in 1907, it has over 100 years of history and is rated by Australian Golf Digest magazine as one of the “Top 5” Western Australian courses outside the Perth metropolitan area. International professional Stephen Leaney (runner up in the 2003 US Open and winner 9 times on the European and Australasian tour) learnt his craft at Busselton Golf Club and he still plays there regularly. Busselton Golf Club has found that the the ongoing administrative burden of member payment plans has been significantly reduced when they offer Openpay plans.

Whilst we have previously offered payment plans, with Openpay we get the money upfront without the risk of bad debt.

We’re not a huge club and our time and resources are precious. Following up on members for missed payments is not the best use of our time.
