Creates programs that incorporate functionality (methods) from objects residing on a server that can be located anywhere in the world.  That program can in turn incorporate objects residing on still a different server located anywhere int the world.  This can be repeated without limit.  The programs can return a object back to the calling program  In addition create programs that store and retrieve data from a database residing on that or another remote server.
